Carolina is from Lisbon, Portugal and recently moved to London. She has 6+ years experience at Luxury Hotel SPA’s in Portugal and UK. She studied Sports massage and Physical Rehabilitation Level 4 in Portugal.
Carolina also studied Reiki energy and she works with Crystal and Energy Healing and does treatments not only for physical, rehabilitation or treating injuries, pain or muscle problems, but also for energetic and spiritual purposes.
Carolina believes that everything is connected and if you don’t look after your mindfulness, your body will always show you that.
Carolina likes to combine massage treatments with stretching to improve flexibility and stability and finishes massage by sending positive energy to help the clients feel even better, relaxed and to achieve sense of balance, same as advice on correct breathing and self-care. She is always eager to learn new treatments, learn different cultures and educate herself.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, sports,-swimming, gymnastics and was part of women football federation for 6x years in Portugal.
