My Healthy Morning Routine

For me have a morning healthy routine is like a Ritual, if you think, morning is the most important time of the day. If you dedicate yourself to do it fully, it can really uplift your mood!

I try to wake up at least 1 hour before I have to leave the house, as I don’t like rushing. For me, if I push myself through stress and rushing mornings, my mood will not be the best for rest of the day. I always try to organise myself to have the time I need to wake up fully and have amazing breakfast (which is my favourite meal)

My morning routine starts with a big glass of water (not cold because it can be a shock for your system) which helps to wake up your metabolism and hydrate your internal organs. Its very important to drink some water before eating your breakfast.

Shower definitely helps me to wake up, I personally give a 10 sec. of cold shower at the end, I know on the beginning can be challenging, but believe me you will start to love it after a while. You will feel energised and its so healthy for your blood circulation, amazing natural remedy against “heavy legs”.

Skincare is very important in my morning routine. As I’m trained also in facials and skincare I pay extra attention to it now more than ever. After shower, I moisturise skin with the oil. There are many different oil options. One of my favourites at the moment is Caudalie Divine oil, which not only smells absolutely amazing, but also moisturises skin leaving it soft (and its natural oil made of grape-seeds! ) If I’m in rush, I use natural professional grade grape seed oil without scent which is also my favourite choice for massage treatments.

Don’t forget to look after your face, I always try to give at least 5min to look after it. (I give you a tip) – did you know that tap water can make your skin very dry? That’s why every time you wash your face afterwards you should use tonic as it will moisture your skin and it will clean deeply your face.
I personally put afterwards serum that will nourish your skin deeply and then cream.
At the end of my beauty routine I absolutely love to spray on my face “Caudalie Beauty Elixir”first of all its smell AMAZING, make your skin smooth and glowing with a feeling of freshness in hot summer days.

I give to myself a nice 20min session of yoga to wake up my muscles and hereafter I make an amazing smoothy or a very nice breakfast.
Depending on what I fancy in the morning, how much time I have, but definitely I always sit to have a yummy breakfast!

I personally can have either salty breakfast or a sweet one (Nice slice of sourdough bread with seeds toasted with avocado and eggs or salmon on top.)
Or I love to make coconut yogurt and chia seed with fruit on top.
Oops sorry maybe I made you hungry… 🙂
Time which you dedicate to yourself is never wasted.
